Privacy Policy
Last Updated: January 15, 2025
At dynamixflash, we're serious about protecting your information. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, and what we do with it. We operate in Thailand, and our practices align with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 as well as international standards.
We built our financial data streaming platform with privacy in mind. When you use our machine learning tools to analyze market data, we want you to feel confident about how your information is handled.

- Error logs and system performance data
Financial Data Processing
Our platform processes streaming financial market data for analysis. This includes real-time price feeds, volume data, and market indicators. We don't collect your personal trading positions or portfolio details unless you explicitly share them for analysis purposes.
How We Use Your Information
Every piece of data we collect serves a specific purpose. We're not in the business of hoarding information we don't need.
Service Delivery
We use your data to provide access to our machine learning platform, process your financial data streams, and deliver the analytical insights you're looking for. Without this information, our service simply wouldn't work.
Platform Improvement
Usage patterns help us understand which features matter most to our users. We analyze this data to improve our algorithms, fix bugs, and develop new capabilities that actually solve real problems.
Communication
Your contact information lets us send important updates about service changes, system maintenance, or security issues. We also use it to respond when you need support.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Period. Our business model is based on providing excellent financial data analysis tools, not monetizing user data.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under Thai PDPA and international privacy frameworks, we need a valid reason to process your personal data. Here's what applies to us:
- Contractual necessity – we need your information to provide the services you signed up for
- Legitimate interests – we process certain data to improve our platform and prevent fraud
- Your consent – for optional features or communications, we ask for explicit permission
- Legal obligations – sometimes we're required by law to retain certain records
You can withdraw consent at any time for activities that rely on it. This won't affect processing that already happened based on your previous consent.
Data Storage and Security
Your information lives on secure servers with multiple layers of protection. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Technical Safeguards
- TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers
- AES-256 encryption for stored sensitive information
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Access controls limiting who can view your data internally
- Automated backup systems with encrypted redundancy
Organizational Measures
Our team follows strict protocols. Only authorized personnel with legitimate business needs can access personal data. Everyone signs confidentiality agreements and receives regular privacy training.
Despite our best efforts, no system is completely bulletproof. If a security incident occurs that affects your data, we'll notify you promptly as required by Thai law.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share your information only when necessary, and only with parties who are contractually bound to protect it.
Service Providers
Some third parties help us run our platform. This includes cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. These partners can only use your data to perform services on our behalf.
Financial Data Providers
We receive market data from licensed financial data vendors. While we process this information through our systems, we don't share your personal usage patterns with these providers.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by Thai law, court order, or government regulation. This includes responding to valid legal requests from authorities with proper jurisdiction.
We never share your data with advertisers or marketing companies. Our platform doesn't track you across other websites or sell audience insights.
International Data Transfers
Our primary servers are located within Thailand. However, some of our service providers operate in other countries. When we transfer data internationally, we ensure adequate protection through:
- Standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities
- Verified compliance with international data protection frameworks
- Technical measures that maintain security during transfer
- Regular audits of cross-border data handling practices
If you have concerns about where your data is processed, contact us for specific details about our current infrastructure.
Your Rights Under Thai PDPA
Thai privacy law gives you significant control over your personal information. Here's what you can do:
Access and Portability
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We'll provide it in a commonly used, machine-readable format within 30 days. There's no charge for the first request each year.
Correction and Update
Found something wrong? You can ask us to correct inaccurate information or complete incomplete data. For most account details, you can make changes directly in your dashboard.
Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)
You can request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances. We'll comply unless we have a legal obligation to retain it. Be aware that deleting your account means losing access to our services.
Restriction of Processing
You can ask us to temporarily limit how we use your data while we investigate a concern you've raised. During this period, we'll store your information but not actively process it.
Object to Processing
If we're processing your data based on legitimate interests, you can object. We'll stop unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Send your request to support@dynamixflash.com with "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line. We'll verify your identity and respond within 30 days. If we need more time, we'll let you know.
Data Retention
We don't keep your information longer than necessary. Retention periods depend on the type of data and why we collected it.
Active Accounts
While your account is active, we retain the data needed to provide our services. This includes your profile, usage history, and financial data analysis results.
After Account Closure
When you close your account, we delete most personal information within 90 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes.
Financial Records
Thai law requires us to maintain certain financial records for seven years. This includes transaction history and billing information.
Anonymized Data
We may retain anonymized usage statistics indefinitely for research and product improvement. This data cannot be traced back to individual users.
